Seductive and organic, OAKK’s productions and live performances, promise to move dance floors and sweep you away in a cloud of bliss. Branching across numerous genres, OAKK produces dynamic, eclectic and infectious melodies that are impossible to resist. Laying down his roots in Calgary, Alberta, OAKK continues to branch out and expand his repertoire. The Hifi Club has been a much loved home base for this young producer, and the local electronic music scene has supported and propelled a stimulating musical journey. Creative collaborations with The Hifi Club, CJSW radio, The Noctilux Collective and Sled Island Music Festival have furthered an intense passion for music and community, that brought OAKK to his current stage, and allowed him to experiment with his sound.

Marley Schwartz is Producer/DJ TFMarz. A young Oregon native who’s music balances the past, present and future in a unique and accessible style. He finds his earliest musical roots in the music he grew up hearing at his parent’s music festivals. Legendary musicians, like Bunny Wailer and George Clinton and P-Funk Allstars, were a part of TF’s life and they’re personal lessons left their mark on his musical ideology. These early influences of Reggae and RnB/Funk music, along with a self discovered love for hip-hop, laid the groundwork for the TFMarz sound. TFMarz began making beats in his bedroom as a teenager where he dove into electronic music production. Here he found the middle ground between his early influences and futuristic, bass heavy beats. He took these styles and developed a sexy, melodic, sample based sound reminiscent of 90’s RnB and Hip Hop, combined with hard hitting drums and sparkling synths the likes of todays club music. With this fresh sound, TFMarz began making waves in the underground party scene in Oregon with his dynamic and diverse sets, playing remixes of soul classics, 90s hip hop, and future bass music; all with a cohesive and danceable vibe. Not to mention his stage presence is undeniable, dancing on stage and enjoying the music just a much as anyone in the crowd. In the past year TFMarz has moved to LA to expand his musical horizons and sharpen his production chops. With this move TF has began collaborating with a slew of musicians and vocalists and started a project, SmokeStacks with friend and fellow producer Silowet. A self-proclaimed music nerd, TF is constantly finding new musical influences for his tracks allowing for him to create music in a variety of genres that draws people from all sides of the musical spectrum. A quality in his music reflective of his personality; open-minded, creative and honest.
