(East of Welton St.) Clarkson Street & East 26th Ave. (East of Welton St.) 28th St. & Welton (West of Welton St.) Please consider arriving early to give yourself extra time to find parking and walk through the Juneteenth Music Festival entrance points on the closed streets around Cervantes’.
