Breath To Bass is a unique, first-of-its-kind experience where yoga meets dynamic sound in a live, intentional space for movement, music, and deep presence. Joe will lead you through a 75-minute flow, a blend of vinyasa and yin yoga, while CØNTRA creates a live soundtrack with downtempo bass, ambient textures, and raw, emotive sound design.
This is not a performance, and it’s not your typical yoga class. It’s something in-between – a space to move, breathe, and feel, without distraction. Just you, fully immersed in the experience.

Yoga Class Structure:
→ 35 mins vinyasa to build heat + presence
→ 35 mins yin to slow it all down
→ 5 mins savasana in stillness + sound
